The house was beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. It was in a wonderful location. Working with the staff of Pot-Nets was truly a terrific experience. We can’t wait for our next vacation here

This is one of the few times that the property was even better in person than in the photos. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is so fun. This place is spacious and clean, with plenty of room (and comfy beds! And hot water!) for a crowd. The private beach was bigger and nicer than we expected. If you stay here, do NOT skip the Paradise Grill! We had a group of seven adults 1 dog who all loved it so much, we’re already planning to come back and stay again.

Our stay was actually Sun, Aug the 3rd -Sun Aug the 10th. We loved it. Check-in was easy and well organized. The house was clean and very nice. The kitchen had all the necessities as well as unexpected platers, serving dishes, and cooking utensils, which made our meals at home a real treat. We used the grill which was in good working order. The front porch was our family's favorite spot for meals as well has relaxing. We utilized all of the amenities of the home and Pot-Nets to the best of our abilities. The golf cart made getting around easy and gave us the ability to utilize all that Pot-Nets had to offer without hassle. We also took our bikes which was an added pleasure. We are hoping to go back next summer and highly recommend it as a great place for a family vacation.

Bayside vacation

Home was clean and fairly well stocked kitchen for a rental. Great location within the property. Close to the beach and restaurant on property. Golf car provided was a nice option to drive to the pool or beach. Great place to stay with a family.

Great stay

Beautiful house, nice community with great views and people. The golf cart was great to utilize as well! Only real complaint is water pressure in the Master Shower and the amount of time to get hot water.

Was better last year

Last year we were very pleased with the house we rented just a few doors down from this one. But this year there seemed to be a general lack of basic maintenance and cleaning. Lots of dog hair and dust behind stands and under beds. Socks under the beds. The refrigerator filter needed changed, broken toilet seat. Lots of light bulbs that needed replaced. Barely had enough propane to cook steaks as spare propane tank was left in the open position. Its obvious furniture is never moved during cleaning. Not awful but enough for us not to want to return.

Great Home Vacation.

Wonderful and great home, very clean and order, all supplies that we needed was ready to use, nice neighborhood, very quiet to a relaxing time, close to the beach, no so far from town where we want to buy anything, I recommend everybody get this property for vacation, we are sure to rent again, thanks Rent Vacation Personal and Vrbe for the opportunity.

Great place, great location, horrible booking process.

My family and I booked this place for a long weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. The area was very nice as well with water views, boat docks, fishing piers and playgrounds for the kids. The golf car was a hit as well and fun for the whole family. Some down sides were the booking process and the fact that the Paradise grill was not open in the off season. The booking process was very cumbersome and had to be completed outside the recommended VRBO process by mailing a check or money order to the rental agency. I'm used to the one stop shop that VRBO provides and full payment via credit card. I would suggest that this rental agency use the VRBO process and not a 2 step process that requires mailing a check. Also, in the off-season the Paradise grill is not open. This property is in walking distance to the grill. I'm sure this is a hit in the summer time.

Perfect getaway for our family

This property is beautiful and well situated. The floorpan worked really well for family gatherings. Debbie was super responsive and the check in was seamless. The nearby Paradise Grill was ideal--great fun watching the boats and the open air venue is a benefit in these times. We ventured out to Lewes and Rehoboth, but there was plenty to do in Pot-Nots, a very friendly place.
