• Laundry: Convenient in-suite washer and dryer. One complimentary laundry load is included; additional loads are available for $3 each

LOCATION

Stay in a peaceful residential area while remaining close to everyday conveniences.

Horizon Park is approximately a 2-minute walk away, while Costco, Walmart, Superstore, restaurants, shopping and major road connections including Ring Road are approximately 5–10 minutes away by car.

The location makes it easy to get around Regina while giving you a quieter place to return to at the end of the day.

EASY, INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN

Arrive on your own schedule with self check-in through the separate entrance and smart lock. Guests have exclusive use of the suite throughout their reservation.

GOOD TO KNOW

The suite is located on the basement level of our family home but is completely self-contained with its own entrance and no shared indoor guest spaces. As with any attached residential home, occasional normal household sounds may be heard.

The reservation is limited to the registered guests on the booking. Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the suite or near the suite entrance.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
