If you need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails South and Big Timbers right next door-with the three properties you will have a total of 14 bedrooms! This property is PET FRIENDLY! STONEBRIDGE RESORT AMENITIES \-Ledgestone Golf Course \- catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake \- access to 2 pools \- 2 pickleball courts \- sand volleyball \- basketball court \- huge playground \- tennis courts \- fitness center \- on-site restaurant LAYOUT \-No steps into the home. This home is decked out with all you will need for this special getaway: The open kitchen/living room floor plan provides dining seating for 12\. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs. For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, cable TV, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck . In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volleyball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away. \*Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.\* Camera-This home does have a Ring doorbell that can capture images or video as you enter the property. Only the front door/porch area is in view. For the children, a pack and play and high chair are provided. The over-the-top amazing part of our home is the outdoor living space located on the back deck. This spacious deck is separated into three sections. Each master suite has its own sliding glass door that goes out to this outdoor area. One section of the deck is set up with a table with 6 chairs for eating and playing games. One section has the hot tub. The final section has an outdoor TV and fireplace, a couch, two chairs and table, and is screened. There is a large charcoal grill in front of the home. Views are of the gorgeous Ozark Mountains. The property is located near the community pool and Fox Hollow lake, the best place for relaxing and really enjoying the outdoors. The property owner delivers 5 star service and so does her cleaning crew. We had the most amazing experience that we have ever had in a VRBO and we have stayed in MANY! This cabin was perfect for our family of 7 And was stovked with everything we needed for 5 wonderful days! The outdoor spaces were fabulous. It was chilly during our stay so we truly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the outdoor fireplace.we will be making plans to come back year after year. There wasnt one thing about our experience that wasnt Absolutely wonderful. Thank you Beth and crew for one of our best family Christmas vacations to date!
