The renovated Villa "Orizzonte Holidays" offers a serene haven nestled 300 meters above sea level in Realmonte, Italy. This secluded vacation rental boasts a fenced 400 square meter property with a terraced garden spanning 150 square meters, providing ample space for outdoor enjoyment. Enjoy the convenience of on-premises parking and seamless internet connectivity with Wi-Fi access.

Revel in the tranquility of your sun-drenched surroundings, where a private terraced garden and outdoor shower await. The property's south-facing position ensures plenty of warmth and natural light, creating an idyllic environment for relaxation.  
  
Other Information  
For your comfort, heating is available during the colder months (December to March) at an additional cost. Room cleaning services can also be arranged upon request for a fee. Please note that the villa is accessible via a 1-kilometer unmade mountain road, making a car highly recommended for easy access.

For beach lovers, the sandy shores of Spiaggia Pergole are just 3 kilometers away, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the sea.

Unit Layout  
This 3-room villa spans 65 square meters over two levels on the ground floor. The renovated unit from 2021 boasts a comfortable and tasteful interior design. On the ground level, you'll find a living/dining area featuring a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There's also an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, this floor includes a room with a bed, a pull-out bed, and a fan. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. You'll also find a shower room with a bidet and a toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is outfitted with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available, with the heating system operational only from December 1st to March 31st and not available in all rooms. Outdoor spaces include a terrace spanning 100 square meters with a roofed area, terrace furniture, and a barbecue. Other amenities consist of a washing machine, an iron, mosquito nets, a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (extra charge), and a hair dryer. You'll also have access to free WiFi internet and reserved parking for up to two cars. Pets, specifically one dog, are allowed on the premises.  
  
Other Information  
The villa boasts a covered outdoor kitchen equipped with four burners and a built-in barbecue. Additionally, there is a hot tub that can accommodate six people, with the option to heat the water. The property offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The covered outdoor kitchen and hot tub further enhance the vacation experience. Please note that the maximum capacity for this villa is six guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms available. The unique layout, amenities, and additional features make this villa an exceptional choice for your vacation.
