"Unhelpful staff on arrival as the parking was full and a long walk in 40dc heat from the public parking. Very tired rooms, broken AC that was reported but never fixed. Broken toilet seat. Lights not working. Its a 2 star hotel not 4. Ordered food at pool bar and it took 2 hours to arrive. Good location ..."

Also disappointed that no bottled water was provided in the room. when I asked, the front desk told me the tap water in the room was fine. It was not, it was chlorinated. Tasted terrible. ..."
