There are a lot of service issues including non-working equipments AC. TV, lights , etc. the shower constantly changes hot/cold. The AC would not cool at night. The quality and choice of food is not very good .The food choice specially the one with meat and seafood tastes old . The staff are all nice and friendly. The beaches are clean and nice . Very friendly and supportive staff. Large pool. Very nice modern bathroom with walk in shower. Magnificant views from all the hotel rooms and restaurants, but clearly has issues and is rundown.
