Our room was well appointed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It is on a quiet street that is miniutes from everything. When you arrive staff have a package of information ready about Ravenna as well as reataurant suggestions (with coupon). However, the air conditioner in our room did not get cold. The other rooms our friends were in were ice cold but hours was burning up hot. Michael went above and beyond by offering to help me book a shuttle bus for my upcoming cruise departure, ensuring a seamless and stress-free pick-up experience. His personal attention truly made me feel valued as a guest. Accompanied by Michael, I was led to my room, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The spacious and immaculate environment immediately made me feel at home, rather than just another guest at a hotel.
