Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, der Vermieter hat uns kontaktiert wegen der Anreise. Sehr netten Kontakt zu ihm und seinen Eltern, sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist erstklassig, die Bastei fußläufig zu erreichen, Königstein und Felsenlabyrinth innerhalb 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Top!

Leider doppelt belegt

Wir sind planmäßig angereist und mussten feststellen, dass das Objekt bereits vermietet ist. Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar. Seine Eltern bedauerten das sehr, konnten uns aber nicht weiter helfen. Die Buchung wäre nicht eingegangen. Wir hatten aber die Bestätigung über Fe-Wo direkt bekommen und das Quartier bereits bezahlt. Es wurde uns keine Alternative Unterbringung angeboten oder organisiert. So waren wir abends mit 4 Kindern ohne Quartier. Am nächsten Tag wurde auf unser Nachhaken, die Unterkunft wortlos vom Vermieter storniert und das Geld erstattet. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Auf den entstandenen Mehrkosten für andere Unterkunft, Fähre und Parkplatz blieben wir sitzen.

Buchung gescheitert, Vermieter war nicht erreichbar

Der Vermieter hatte meine Buchung übersehen, ist aber weder durch mich noch durch FeWo direkt erreichbar gewesen, er hat weder auf die Mails reagiert noch ist er ans Telefon gegangen. FeWo direkt hat mich bis zum letzten Tag hingehalten und war nicht bereit, die Buchung zu stornieren, obwohl ich keinerlei Kontakt zu dem Vermieter herstellen konnte und keinerlei Auskünfte von ihm für meine Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe erhalten habe. FeWo direkt wollte mir erst mit einem Ersatz-Hotel helfen, wenn ich bei der Anreise vor verschlossener Tür gestanden hätte. Erst auf Druck meinerseits und der Annahme, dass ich bei meiner Anreise mit der Regionalbahn nach 22:00 Uhr wohl auch mithilfe von FeWo direkt kein Hotelzimmer an einem Feiertagswochenende in einem Dorf bekommen würde, haben sie mit Nachdruck versucht den Vermieter zu erreichen um mir dann mitzuteilen, dass er meine Buchung übersehen hat und die Wohnung anderweitig vermietet ist. Unverständlich für mich ist, warum der Vermieter nicht kommuniziert und mir bei meiner ersten Mail mitteilt, dass er die Buchung übersehen hat, dann hätte ich noch etwas Zeit gehabt, nach einer anderen Unterkunft zu suchen. Und sehr ärgerlich ist, dass die Mitarbeiter von FeWo direkt offenbar nicht die vorgegebene Vorgehensweise verlassen dürfen, wenn es Probleme mit einem Vermieter gibt.
