I was staying on my own and felt very secure. I like that the garden was fenced, the windows were all screened, and the ceiling fan kept the room very comfortable. It was adequately supplied with the basics to cook and clean up. There is a 2nd unit but they are nicely separated.The location was 10 minutes walk inland from the beach, on a very picturesque road. The beach turned out to be my favourite. However, the sheer numbers of roaming dogs are a problem all over the island, so you would have to be comfortable with that to walk. I had a car for my stay and it was brilliant.It was nice to meet you Kathy and Scotty, thank you for your hospitality and all the best for your accommodation business. Totally go out of their way to make you feel so welcome. The unit was clean, functional and quiet at night, the bed very comfortable and lovely sheets too. Has a ceiling fan above the bed when it gets hot as well as air conditioning and insect nets on the windows. The scooter is a must to get around and cheapest in town. Beaches, supermarket very close. Public buses around the island at the end of the road on the main road. Hosts were easy to reach if any issues otherwise very unobtrusive.
