The quaint unassuming cottage located in Tupapa on the north coast was built in the late 60’s and has been completely gutted and refurbished. It comprises separate bedroom, kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and an intimate courtyard. Ideal for the solo traveler, couple or couple with up to 2 small children, the cottage is close to town, adjacent to a family home, safe and secure, has screens on all the windows, ceiling fans, off-street parking and a bus stop right outside. It's adjacent to Coastal Kitchen (a private event venue) - where the owners live and where guests are welcome to use the pool, and access the beach and unlimited wi-fi. Hence a large swimming pool. Right next to the bus and the ocean on the doorstep. Couple of pointers for improvement - wifi didn’t work in the bungalow but we used a hot spot from my phone to connect for my wife. And the path to the beach looked perilous.
