Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and with super friendly and helpful staff. No lift but they did carry my bag for me. Like a Moroccan Riad. Amazing lighting, carvings and little touches. One of the nice places I've stayed in. The staff were very friendly and super helpful and even carried my bag up for me as there is no lift (the staff are female as am I). Room was not too big not too small. Breakfast was great with homecooked panned eggs and coffee. The hotel seemed to have the unpleasant smell went around the hallway (staircases). Ranong is short of quality hotels and this was the best available on the website and the only room they had. It was clean and the staff were very friendly but the japanese themed room meant i had to sleep on a futon on the floor which was most uncomfortable and gave me very little sleep. Aus meiner Sicht, das beste Hotel in Ranong. Es liegt zentral. Die Zimmer und vor allem das Bett sind riesengroß und ultrasauber. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Tolle Kaffeebar mit extrem guten Kaffee nach westlichem Standard in der Lobby. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Although the hotel is located in a commercial/industrial part of town, it is clean, new and worth the stay. The city location is nothing to get excited about as is the rest of Ranong is "different" from other Thai areas. Not as friendly.
