You can tell that they spent a lot of time renovating it. We were missing pot holders, but that's a minor thing. The only negative is that the house sleeps 10 and the kitchen table only had 4 seats. We were in the path of Hurricane Helene (we live in WNC) and the host was so gracious to assist us and bent over backwards to help us have some time away to spend time with our sin whose attending NC State. We spent over 100$ for pizza for everyone and didn’t even sit it down for 10 mins without it being invaded with ants. When asked the host for compensation for this matter he said it was our fault for using the counter top. Very unprofessional. ##### Shauntaja D. No carpet in the house. Although it was only 3 of us, you can easily fit 8 people since 2 of the rooms have bunk beds. The back yard is enclosed and there are sidewalks through the area to walk your dog. The beds and pillows are high end and very comfortable. The house has been totally renovated inside and out. There is a deck outside that is accessible from the kitchen. We stay in short term rentals 6-8 times a year and this is definitely one of our favorites. The only recommendation would be to spay the yard for weeds/pests. The house is located about 5 minutes from the expressway, 26 minutes from USA Basebal and 12-15 minutes from North Carolina State. There is a Target 2 minutes away and a Publix 8 minutes away. I would highly recommend this short term rental. ##### Raphael M. It’s right off a main road but you’d never know it with how quiet it was! Great deck on the back with seating and fenced in yard for your pup! Well equipped kitchen for simple snacks/meals. Plenty of space for us to visit, watch tv and play games together. We will definitely stay here again! ##### Tish F.
