Enjoy your stay at Bit o' Raleigh Bungalow - a tastefully updated mid-century brick ranch with modern conveniences as well as original charm including hardwood floors throughout. Savor your morning coffee from the rocking chair on the front porch. Eat lunch on the back deck overlooking the quiet back yard, or enjoy unwinding in the evening under the warm glow of patio lights. Work from home in one of two desk areas equipped with fast internet. Bring your own login for the two Fire TV’s. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Sit in the quaint breakfast nook that seats 2 or dine at the larger dining table that seats 4-6. Washer and dryer available for your laundry needs. Park up to 4 cars in the driveway.

At the end of the day, retire into one of two spacious bedrooms which feature king sized beds and blackout curtains. The third sleeping area is multifunctional - it has a daybed and twin trundle, a dining table, and a desk area . A gorgeous barn door provides privacy making this area live like a third bedroom.

Unfortunately there was black mold in the bathroom (in the air vent and the shower). The entire vent was sprinkled with it, which is directly next to the toilet. There was much less in the shower. My son, who is allergic to black mold, had to wear a mask every time he went in. He did not shower. We sent pictures at the owners request but did not get a response. The communication otherwise was fine. We will not be returning.

Perfect location to my work. Wish it was available now, I'm back here again for 3 weeks and I loved the place and location. Will absolutely try and book this place again in the future. Hosts are awesome and very responsive.

Great place to stay!

My husband, my 9 year old son, and me all had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is fairly renovated, was very clean, and everything was easy to operate. The backyard is huge and my son loved playing soccer and running around back there. The house is nestled in a cute neighborhood that is walkable and near a ton of restaurants. It was only a few short minutes to get around the Raleigh area and downtown. I would definitely stay here again! It exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we wanted. The host is very responsive and kind.

Charming & Cozzy - It was perfect!

The bungalow was everything described in the posting. No misrepresentations!! The house was so charming and comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Loved the kitchen. We had two great family dinners in the house. Beds are super comfortable. I was really impressed with the linens. Not something I would normally say ... HA! The host was super friendly and attentive to making sure we were happy. Plus, the house is in a perfect location. Super close to the Coastal Credit Union Ampitheater. This was important because we were in town for FarmAid 2022

My mom and I traveled to Raleigh to see my daughter and her new life in the neighborhood. We couldn’t have wished for a better location. Convenient. Clean. Comfy. Amazing spot. We’ll do it again for sure. Tamara was the perfect host!

Beautiful property, just like home!

Other than great decorations and Tamara being so friendly and communicative- I laid on the couch for a while and soaked up the quiet. Not like my house- no traffic noises or anything, just a ton of birdsong. Loved that. Also Robin's eggs in a nest atop the wreath by the door. Very special. Thank you Tamara!

Wonderful stay

Very close to everything, clean well stocked house. Allowed my daughter to drive up with her dog and stay with me. Wonderful host who even put up a little Christmas tree for us since we were celebrating Christmas with my daughter and son-in-law early.
