The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful with our unique situation. My husband is in a power wheelchair and we needed an accessible house. On arrival, we realized we couldn’t get past the small step up to the front door. The hosts quickly responded with solutions and even went as far as to buy a ramp for their home! Then we constandly had to message Matt to get verification that the house was still reserved, the house rules as they did not come over in the messages. Also, we were suppose to receive the code to enter the house 30 minutes prior to arrival, but instead they went it 10 minutes before our allowed check in time of 4pm. One of the walls looked like it had blood on it (We have pictures), the paint on another wall had ran while it was drying, and the kitchen cabinets were not installed evenly . We were looking for somewhere we could all stay together & found this place on VRBO. It was in a great location the place was very clean and updated exactly as described.
