Grand Hyatt Baha Mar doesn't like when you use third party providers like Expedia to book your stay and punish you for it. I booked my stay and paid my deposit through Expedia. The hotel claims that when they tried to run my card for the deposit, it didn't go through so they cancelled my reservation. The hotel didn't inform me or Expedia of the cancellation so imagine my surprise when I get to check in and they inform me that I have NO RESERVATION. The front desk staff managed to book us into a room that matched our initial reservation but what a frustratin experience after 6 hours of flying!

This is the secret jewel of our trip. I’ll never go back to Atlantis, but I will definitely be back to the Exumas. Grand Isle staff are friendly and attentive. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and it was perfect. IT perfectly compliments the beauty of the Great Exuma island.

The staff had to be the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. The Concierge service was excellent. Nothing bad to say about this property. Absolutely loved our stay at The Rosewood Bah Mar. Looking forward to returning.
