The VILLA CASA RIPI is situated between Siena and San Gimignano 5 km far from the ancient village Radicondoli. Quiet but not remote, located in one of the most panoramic landscape in the hart of Tuscany and cultural richest area Italy. The farmhouse from the 10th century was restored recently lavish in typical medieval natural stone design. The location gives the guests peace and natural experiences in its purity with grandiose panoramic view. The appartement Pavone has 55,2 square meters and is situated at south east location (sunrise) with a beautiful view. It was renovated in 2008 in typical Tuscan style. It is equipped with a living room with integrated kitchen, bath/WC and two bedrooms. In the childrens bedroom is a double bed with the width of 140cm and a bunk bed with the same width. The living room provides a dining table and a complete equipped kitchen (4burner gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer and a espresso machine). Further a comfortable couch with double bed position, 32 Inch Smart-TV with Wi-Fi connection, stereo and central heating. The bathroom includes a shower (large shower tray with bench), WC and bidet. On the 32 square meters wide terrace is a table with chairs, sun loungers and an awning. Free high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for homeworking. Free joint use of the house’s panoramic saltwater pool (approx. 8,55 x 5,00m – varying on climate conditions the pool area is released from beginning / mid of May up to mid of October). The beautiful garden area surrounding the villa is shared by all guests and trumps with other terraces, a fish pond, a playground and a barbecue site. Free private parking places are directly beside the house. Laundry access on demand. It's small enough to perhaps be called "cute" but you won't catch me using this term. Monteriggioni began as a border fortress built on a round hill by Sienna against the Florentines.
