I was received by a lady who gave me a map and a great introduction to the city. She was helpful in many other ways. The young guy in the evening and night shift was great and very accommodating. This Riad is clean and great to stay at. Their breakfast is the best I ever had at any Rida during my stay in Morocco. The breakfast is fresh with lots of fruits and a huge amount of food. Has a wonderful rooftop. It would add to the beauty of the Riad if they put fine touches to the reception area. Great hosting and service from property manager, Fadwa. We were provided refreshing mint tea and cookies as welcome during check-in. Fadwa, also provided recommendations for places to visit and great restaurants in the vicinity. Room was average in amenities, small in size, and lacked AC which is the biggest drawback of this property. The hosts Fadwa & Benoit contacted us days before our stay giving us detailed map and directions to get to the Riad from the city. Fadwa welcomed us on arrival with moroccan team with cookies. She also gave us a map with all important places marked and how to get there. Their restaurant recommendations are good (well priced, walkable, good food and atmosphere). Riad and rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is really good and plentiful. Location is easy to find (10 min walk from train station) and convenient for walking everywhere.
