The 60 m² apartment offers space for up to five people and is ideal for families or couples who want to combine beach proximity and comfort. Two cosy bedrooms with double beds, wardrobe and bedside table ensure restful sleep, while a sofa bed provides additional space. The bathroom is modern equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. The fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and filter coffee machine invites you to shared meals. In the adjacent dining area, up to six people can find a place. On the private balcony with sea view, you can spend relaxed hours at the table and chairs, parasol and direct access to the garden round off the offer. WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning and a communally usable washing machine provide additional comfort. Pets are welcome, and a parking space directly at the house is available. The apartment house has five residential units and is located in an idyllic, green environment. A courtyard and garden use, as well as a barbecue option, are available to all guests.
