It’s a 15-minute drive from La Carolina and a 30-minute drive from the Historic Centre.
Our guests highlight the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to every detail. This apartment is on the third floor and is accessible by elevator. The parking garage is in the basement, and from there you can go directly up to the apartment.
The building has 24-hour security. The entire apartment has hot water, and the cleaning and personal hygiene products are environmentally friendly.

The space features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an exterior window, as well as a fully equipped home office area with a lamp, laptop stand, mouse pad, and mouse; you’ll find extra blankets in the closet. It also features a smart TV with a swivel mount, allowing you to angle it toward the bed.

The living room has a large window that lets in natural light and offers a view of the outdoors. The lighting combines different light sources controlled by voice commands. You’ll find two books by Ecuadorian authors, a two-person sofa bed that forms when the poufs are connected via hooks on the bottom, and a projector with a screen. You’ll also find a blanket to use while watching a movie and an Alexa with Spotify.

The dining area seats four people and features placemats inspired by Andean culture, complete with matching cup holders.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a hot-air popcorn maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, a four-burner stove with an oven, and kitchen staples such as sugar, salt, coffee, chocolate powder, and seasonings. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hair dryer; and on the shelf under the sink, you’ll find a first-aid kit, a sewing kit with basic supplies, and some basic toiletries in case you forget any of your personal hygiene items. The apartment is located in a gated residential complex with security guards and security cameras in the common areas, including parking lots, pedestrian entrances, elevators, hallways, and the lobby. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

The building is located in a quiet area and one block from a bus stop, with routes to the Historic Centre and the La Carolina area.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in the residential complex’s common areas.

A travel crib (Practicuna) is available upon request and subject to availability. If you need one, please contact us before booking to confirm availability.

An electronic invoice will be provided for the total amount paid.

IMPORTANT: Documentation requirements for check-in-in

To ensure everyone’s safety and comply with Ministerial Agreement 2023-011,, Article 6, all guests are required to present their identification on two separate occasions:
1. Before check-in, a photo of the document will be requested via Airbnb messages.
2. On the day of check-in, you must present the same documentation in physical form during registration with the security guard, who will take a photo as part of the mandatory registration process.

The documentation will be used exclusively for the required registration process. Thank you for your cooperation.
