Excellent stay in Quito at JW Marriott. Check in was very efficient and our room for three was large and nicely appointed. The spa and fitness area was one of the best I’ve used in any hotel. Breakfast buffet excellent. All in all a very nice and relaxing stay.

Very nice foyer and friendly and helpful receptionists. Beautiful and spacious room, well equipped with everything from bathrobe, ironing board, minibar, and more. Also, separate shower and big bath tub, separate toilet - all very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff us amazing: very friendly, welcoming and helpful. All restaurants are excellent.

Our stay at the Marriott in Quito was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived until our departure. Everyone was helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome. The entire property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, including the lobby, common areas, and lovely koi ponds. We upgraded our room to include Executive Lounge access, which was absolutely worth it. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony and the amazing views of Quito. Housekeeping was also exceptional, with great attention to detail each day. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was very quiet, making it easy to relax and sleep well. My only small suggestion would be softer bedsheets, as they felt a little rough. Aside from that minor detail, we truly had no complaints. I would 100% recommend the Marriott Quito for families, business travelers, couples, or anyone visiting the city. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, great food, and genuinely friendly staff made our stay memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!
