The owners do not live on the property. A security guard/caretaker lives in a separate residence within the grounds and is available for assistance and security when needed, without sharing the guest areas.



Because of the estate’s location, we recommend having a car. There is no practical direct public transportation to the property.



The Neighborhood:

The estate is located in a quiet residential area of Guayllabamba, known for its pleasant climate, open surroundings, and strategic location north of Quito.



Quito Zoo is located in Guayllabamba and is one of the area’s main nearby attractions. The property also provides convenient driving access to Mariscal Sucre International Airport, Quito, and destinations farther north such as Otavalo.



Restaurants and local services are available in Guayllabamba, although a car is recommended for exploring the area and taking day trips.



Getting Around:

The property is located in a quiet residential area of Guayllabamba, close to Quito Zoo. A number of local restaurants and basic services are available in the area, although having a car is recommended for groceries and longer trips.



Quito Zoo is only a few minutes away by car. Quito International Airport is approximately 20–30 minutes away depending on traffic and the exact route.



Guayllabamba also provides convenient road access north toward Otavalo and other destinations in northern Ecuador. A car, taxi or private transfer is recommended for Quito, Pululahua and Otavalo.



Other Things to Note:

The property is intended for peaceful family and group stays. Parties and events are not permitted.



Guest registration is required before check-in in accordance with the property’s check-in procedure.



Pets: a maximum of 2 small or medium-sized pets, or 1 large pet is permitted. There is a security animal on the property. With advance coordination, it can be kept in a separate area during your stay.



The estate is located approximately 25–30 km north of Quito. A car is recommended because there is no practical direct public transportation to the property. Travel times vary depending on traffic and the specific destination.



Interaction with Guests:

A security guard/caretaker lives in a separate residence within the grounds and can provide property-related assistance without sharing the private guest areas.
