**The Space**

Experience luxury redefined in our sophisticated villa, where recent upgrades create a chic and inviting ambiance. The open-air design floods the common areas with bright, natural light, while all six bedrooms provide air-conditioned comfort.

Your group of up to 10 guests will enjoy spacious accommodations, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed, and one room with both a king and queen bed. Two futons are also available for additional flexibility.

Prepare meals in the state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, featuring custom teak cabinetry, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. For entertainment, a game room awaits with a pool table and board games. Throughout the villa, you'll find modern conveniences like a dedicated workspace, multiple security safes, and 200 MB WIFI.

Step outside to your private oasis. Relax and rejuvenate in the stunning, blue-tiled infinity-edge pool overlooking the lush jungle canopy. Unwind in the large private jacuzzi (not heated), enjoy a meal from the barbecue grill in one of the multiple lounge areas, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day of adventure.

**Guest Access**

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property except for the two bedroom apartment on the ground level. We only rent to one family or group at a time, there will never be two different families/groups on the property at the same time.

Your booking includes exceptional services to ensure a carefree stay:
* Daily housekeeping and laundry service (except Sundays)
* Dedicated pool and grounds maintenance. Pool services done Mondays and Fridays between the hrs of 8AM - 10AM, requires entrance into the home.
* Complimentary personal concierge service to assist with airport transfers, tours, private chef services, and more.

On-Site Housekeeper (Monday–Saturday)
The property has a professional housekeeper on-site Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The housekeeper is present for routine cleaning, laundry, and property operations. Guests should expect staff presence on the property during these hours.
Privacy is always respected.

Ample onsite parking is available for up to four vehicles in two private parking areas.

**The Neighborhood**

A short 10-15 minute walk places you on the sandy shores of Manuel Antonio beach. A variety of popular restaurants, shops, and bars are also within easy walking distance, offering the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience.

**House Rules**

To ensure a wonderful stay for you and to respect our community, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
1. The primary guest booking and signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old.
2. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking.
3. Only registered guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property at any time.
4. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 pm to 6 am. Loud music or noise is not permitted. Loud noise after 8pm can be grounds for eviction.
5. No pets, smoking, commercial photography, parties, or events are allowed.
6. A $500 security deposit hold is required prior to check-in.
7. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
8. Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 10AM.

**Important Information**

* **Children:** For safety reasons, children under 5 years old are not permitted. The home features open cable railings and multiple levels (four stories) that present potential fall hazards for young children.
* **Security:** For your security, cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, and gardens of the home.
* **Air Conditioning:** AC is provided in the bedrooms only. Please keep bedroom doors closed when the AC is running and turn it off when the room is unoccupied.
* **Power Outages:** As Costa Rica is a developing nation, occasional power outages can occur, especially during the rainy season. This is not unusual and typically lasts from a few minutes to a couple of hours. Emergency flashlights are provided.
* **Wildlife:** Our property is in a natural jungle setting. You may encounter insects and local wildlife. We take precautions to minimize this, but it is part of the authentic Costa Rican experience.
* **Cancellations: Third party travel insurance is required to cover any cancellations outside of our cancellation policy.
