This expansive 7700+ sq ft open-concept retreat offers breathtaking jungle and ocean views, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the rainforest.

Experience luxury redefined in our sophisticated villa, where recent upgrades create a chic and inviting ambiance. The open-air design floods the common areas with bright, natural light, while all six bedrooms provide air-conditioned comfort.  
  
Your group of up to 10 guests will enjoy spacious accommodations, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed, and one room with both a king and queen bed. Two futons are also available for additional flexibility.  
  
Prepare meals in the state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, featuring custom teak cabinetry, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. For entertainment, a game room awaits with a pool table and board games. Throughout the villa, you'll find modern conveniences like a dedicated workspace, multiple security safes, and 200 MB WIFI.  
  
Step outside to your private oasis. Relax and rejuvenate in the stunning, blue-tiled infinity-edge pool overlooking the lush jungle canopy. Unwind in the large private jacuzzi (not heated), enjoy a meal from the barbecue grill in one of the multiple lounge areas, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day of adventure.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property except for the two bedroom apartment on the ground level. We only rent to one family or group at a time, there will never be two different families/groups on the property at the same time.  
  
Your booking includes exceptional services to ensure a carefree stay:  
\* Daily housekeeping and laundry service (except Sundays)  
\* Dedicated pool and grounds maintenance. Pool services done Mondays and Fridays between the hrs of 8AM - 10AM, requires entrance into the home.  
\* Complimentary personal concierge service to assist with airport transfers, tours, private chef services, and more.  
  
On-Site Housekeeper (Monday–Saturday)  
The property has a professional housekeeper on-site Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  
The housekeeper is present for routine cleaning, laundry, and property operations. Guests should expect staff presence on the property during these hours.  
Privacy is always respected.  
  
Ample onsite parking is available for up to four vehicles in two private parking areas.

A short 10-15 minute walk places you on the sandy shores of Manuel Antonio beach. A variety of popular restaurants, shops, and bars are also within easy walking distance, offering the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience.  
  
\*\*House Rules\*\*  
  
To ensure a wonderful stay for you and to respect our community, we ask that you please observe the following rules:  
1\. The primary guest booking and signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old.  
2\. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking.  
3\. Only registered guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property at any time.  
4\. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 pm to 6 am. Loud music or noise is not permitted. Loud noise after 8pm can be grounds for eviction.  
5\. No pets, smoking, commercial photography, parties, or events are allowed.  
6\. A $500 security deposit hold is required prior to check-in.  
7\. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

\* \*\*Children:\*\* For safety reasons, children under 5 years old are not permitted. The home features open cable railings and multiple levels (four stories) that present potential fall hazards for young children.  
\* \*\*Security:\*\* For your security, cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, and gardens of the home.  
\* \*\*Air Conditioning:\*\* AC is provided in the bedrooms only. Please keep bedroom doors closed when the AC is running and turn it off when the room is unoccupied.  
\* \*\*Power Outages:\*\* As Costa Rica is a developing nation, occasional power outages can occur, especially during the rainy season. This is not unusual and typically lasts from a few minutes to a couple of hours. Emergency flashlights are provided.  
\* \*\*Wildlife:\*\* Our property is in a natural jungle setting. You may encounter insects and local wildlife. We take precautions to minimize this, but it is part of the authentic Costa Rican experience.  
\* \*\*Cancellations: Third party travel insurance is required to cover any cancellations outside of our cancellation policy.

#### A piece of heaven 

Our stay here was absolutely unforgettable! The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, and the chef and maid service were both outstanding—every meal was delicious, and everything was kept spotless.One of the highlights was how the rainforest truly became part of our experience. We were surrounded by nature, with monkeys and exotic birds visiting us right on the terrace—such a magical and unique touch! It felt like a private jungle retreat. I highly recommend this place and would love to return…

#### Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Casa Elsa. The house is amazing! Three story house overlooking the ocean with outdoor/indoor living...what more could you ask for? The pool is great, the location is perfect, and Susan was a wonderful concierge.

We rented this house for a birthday trip with friends. The house was exactly as described and then some. The maid service, which included our personal laundry and cleaning the house everyday, was so helpful and appreciated. The restaurants and wellness center in town were such a bonus too.

Casa Elsa was by far one of the most unique places I've ever rented. We stayed at the property for a week right after Christmas and it more than exceeded our expectations. It rained for the first few days we were there but the beautiful open air house made up for it. The kitchen was as well stocked as any VRBO I've rented and the beds were very comfortable. You must get the chef option! Chef Roberto and his brother Roma were fantastic and made wonderful food for us. My three teenage sons and their two cousins loved seeing all of the wildlife in the trees. We were visited by monkeys on a daily basis and saw troops of squirrel monkeys, capuchin monkeys, and howler monkeys. We took my 85 year old mom and definitely needed a taxi to get her to and from the beach - it's too steep and rocky of a road for her to get there on her own, but the taxis were pretty easy to call. I would love to visit there again sometime!

#### Perfect Stay That Exceeded Expectations!

We had an unforgettable experience at Casa Elsa, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we booked, Susan, the concierge, was amazing. She helped us plan our trip months in advance, assisting with excursions, transportation, and every little detail to ensure our stay was seamless. She even greeted us upon arrival and gave us a thorough overview of the property, which made us feel right at home. One of the standout features of the property was the incredible wildlife. Each day, we were visited by a variety of birds, and we had multiple visits from Squirrel Monkeys, Howler Monkeys, and Capuchin Monkeys — it was an absolute highlight for the whole family! Another highlight was the private chef. The meals were far beyond anything we could have had dining out, and the view from the kitchen balcony made every meal feel special. This was our first experience with a private chef, and it quickly became one of the high points of our trip. The entire family still talks about it! The location was also fantastic. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and coffee each morning, just a short 5-minute stroll away. Plus, the beach was only a 15-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy both the town and the ocean without needing a car. We absolutely loved our time at Casa Elsa and will undoubtedly book this location again when we return to Costa Rica. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this house was fantastic. The open-air layout allowed us to fully experience nature, and we had amazing wildlife sightings. Susan, the concierge, was really helpful, and Chef Renzo prepared incredible meals. The house was clean and comfortable throughout our stay; even with it being open air the housekeeper kept it spotless. The area felt safe, and it was convenient to get into town. Overall, a perfect blend of adventure and comfort in a stunning location. We will be back!

#### 4 Days in Paradise

My wife and I spent 4 days at Casa Elsa for a much needed get away and it was AMAZING! Words cannot describe how peaceful and serene the accommodations were. We lived like royalty, the entire staff made sure our every need was met and the Chef...Renzo...was the icing on the cake...5 STARS! Saw wildlife everyday without having to leave the house...but please get out as there are GREAT restaurants within walking distance and the Park is just around the corner. We will make every effort to stay at Casa Elsa again. Cheers to Scott and his entire team for sharing this piece (peace) of heaven with us!

#### Nature and privacy in amazing location

Wow! We just LOVE Casa Elsa. We’ve been renting private vacation homes for 20 years and we’ve loved them all, but this is the only one that we’d return to. The house immerses you in the jungle canopy and nature. We saw more wild life sitting at the house than we saw in any of the parks. Troops of squirrel, capuchin and howler monkeys daily. Macaws constantly flying by, along with toucan’s, motmots, quetzals and more bird sightings. We also saw a kinkajou with a baby. All this just feet from the patio.. or in the cases of the monkeys, sometimes hanging in the house. We are generally a very active crew, but we spent a lot of time in the house because it was so special. The house is very private and the location cannot be beat… easy walk (small hike) to multiple beaches and to incredible restaurants with spectacular views. We liked Emilio’s, Milagaros, La Lambretta, but there are tons of options within walking distance. I’d also recommend having Chef Renzo for portion of your stay for a private dining experience with the freshest fish prepared bespoke to your tastes. The Canopy Tour zipline was great fun and deep in nature too. I’d recommend this for families and friends that truly love the outdoors. Leave your alarm clock at home and relying on a morning wake up call from the howlers where you’ll catch the last of the stars and to enjoy the sunrise with the local wildlife residents. A special thanks to Susan who made our trip special and easy.
