Mostly still good. Our 3rd time, and though quality is dropping, it’s still good.

Location is incredible, the best feature
Staff is very nice
Breakfast is nice. The pastries aren't what they used to be, but still decent
Should improve:
The bathroom was awkward. Unless you’re a contortionist, expect to struggle to get in the shower
The pool at the spa is unusable. Filled with small children and rowdy teenagers all day. Not very zen.
Hard to get bottles of water. Each time we asked the cleaning crew, we were told to ask the front desk
Getting the “once a stay” discount is a challenge. I honestly gave up trying, and just paid the full price, as it felt like the restaurant staff was genuinely unaware if any discount deals

I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.
