A stone's throw from all the activities, Old Quebec too, you will be in the most famous tourist spots in Quebec. Everything you need will be there, and you won't need your car. A perfect apartment for a romantic weekend, alone or with a friend while enjoying the city, at the rhythm of your steps! A few steps from Old Quebec, you will feel at home in this charming and fully equipped loft. Bedding, towels and kitchen items will be provided to you to make travel easy and feel at home. A TV and WIFI access also, for moments of relaxation .. The large queen bed will allow you to be 2 comfortable travelers. The premises are tastefully renovated and decorated, we promise you a cozy and welcoming stay! A walk on the street to find everything you need for lunch will become a way of living to the rhythm of Quebec. All accommodation is accessible to travelers. I remain available for exchanges via the Airbnb platform, mainly for emergencies. A trip to rue St-Joseph quickly becomes an epic journey to the best restaurants, cafes and fashion stores as you are located on the most dynamic street in the St-Roch district. In less than 15 minutes on foot, you will have arrived in Old Quebec, an unmissable place to visit for any traveler to Quebec. A city walk can quickly turn into an epic hike on the edge of the St. Charles River, which runs through the heart of the city. Museums, events and places to visit absolutely will all be easily accessible and you can take the opportunity to explore the city, at the pace of your steps! No hassle with the car, you don, t need it! As you stroll to the places you want to visit, you will be charmed by Quebecers, local businesses and above all, the festive atmosphere of the city. However, the public transport service (RTC) is perfectly served in this part of the city, the point of arrival and departure of the main routes. The Gare du Palais is also a few meters from your accommodation! A car is also a good option, as long as you plan to park when you are traveling in town. Parking in some streets is free on weekends, and restricted during the week. Pros are that the property owner responds fast, the surrounding neighbourhoods have a great variety of shops and restaurants, and that the flat is a good space for two people. Cons: the property is a 10 minute drive / 15 ish minute walk from the main Petit Champlain area in Old Quebec. You have to climb a sizely hill or slightly precarious stairs to get to the main Old Quebec area. The washer and dryer machine in the building don't work well at all. It took us almost four hours to dry our clothes. The unit wasn't the cleanest when we arrived, and we had very weak wifi provided. It's clean and comfortable. The building and neighborhood seem a bit speedy. The st Joseph street has good restaurants and entertainment but lots of homeless people hanging around. The room had a noisy bed and was missing some basic things like a towel and toilet paper holder.
