"One room was nice. The other room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a taxi for 4:15 am. The desk clerk said he would arrange it. The taxi never came and the nighttime contact numbers were recordings. We were luckily able to catch a bus to the airport."

"Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön möbiliert und die Lage ist optimal. Leider hat bei uns die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen (z.B. roch der Kühlschrank sehr unangenehm, bereitgelegte Handtücher waren teilweise nicht sauber), es fehlte die versprochene Parkkarte und auch die Hygieneartikel. ..."
