The heart of the home is the spacious living and dining area on the first floor. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the garden, the meadows, and the Greifswalder Bodden. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. After an outing around the island, you can relax in the private sauna and wind down the day in peace and quiet.
The open kitchen is comfortably equipped and blends harmoniously into the living area. Amenities include an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals and long vacation evenings.
From the living area, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill invite you to enjoy the warm days outdoors. Whether it’s breakfast in the morning sun, a relaxing afternoon with a book, or a barbecue evening together—the garden offers plenty of space for relaxation.
Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds. This makes the house ideal for two couples traveling together. The bathroom features a bathtub and a walk-in shower. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.
A particular favorite spot is the open loft. From here, the view stretches across the surrounding meadows all the way to the water. Especially in the morning and evening, a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere prevails here.
The entire vacation home is equipped with radiant floor heating. Wi-Fi, two TVs, a washing machine, a private parking space, and a bike rack round out the amenities. The house is non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
The Backsteinquartier is located in a quiet yet central part of Putbus. The sprawling castle park, the Circus, the theater, and the historic center of the royal seat are all within easy reach. The natural beach in Neuendorf is about two kilometers away. Lauterbach Harbor, the “Rasende Roland” steam train, and numerous biking and hiking trails are also nearby.
