The “Boddenstern 22” is a stylishly furnished vacation home for anyone on vacation in Rügen who appreciates short distances, a private outdoor area, and a pleasantly compact floor plan. Built in 2021, this half of a vacation home offers approximately 43 m² of space for up to three people, making it particularly suitable for couples, solo travelers, or a small family.

Its quiet location in the vacation village of Klein Stresow, the nearby Greifswald Bodden, and the natural beach about 600 meters away create the perfect conditions for relaxing days on the south coast of Rügen.

A bright living space for relaxing vacation moments

The heart of the home is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and open directly onto the private west-facing terrace. This allows you to extend the living space outdoors when the weather is nice and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.

A sofa with an ottoman invites you to read, relax, or watch TV during the day and can also be used as an extra sleeping space. A flat-screen TV is included, as is free Wi-Fi.

The interior design features a modern, Nordic-inspired style. Carefully selected furniture, lamps, and artwork create a cozy atmosphere without detracting from the pleasant airiness of the compact rooms.

Open kitchen with good amenities

The modern kitchen is integrated directly into the living area. High-quality appliances, a complete set of dishes, and a dishwasher make it easy to prepare your own meals during your stay.

The dining table with four chairs offers plenty of space for breakfast together, a home-cooked dinner, or a cozy game night. Those who prefer to eat outdoors can enjoy their meals on the furnished terrace.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable box-springdouble bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. A closet provides storage space for clothing and luggage. In addition, the bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.

The beds are already made upon your arrival. Towels are also provided, so you’ll need to bring less luggage and can start your vacation right away.

The vacation home has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It is functional and modernly equipped and offers everything you need for your daily vacation routine.

There is no private washer or dryer in the house. In the main building, shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for use.

West-facing terrace and private garden

A special feature of “Boddenstern 22” is the west-facing terrace. You can enjoy the sun here, especially in the afternoon and evening. Garden furniture is available for meals and quiet moments outdoors.

The half of the vacation home also includes a private garden. It offers additional space for relaxation and play and complements the compact living area with a private outdoor space.

A short walk to the natural beach

The natural beach is about 600 meters from the vacation home and is within walking distance. A handcart is available for beach bags, towels, and other essentials.

The nearby Greifswalder Bodden and the unspoiled surroundings of Klein Stresow are perfect for walks and bike rides. Kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding are also great options. After an active day, you can return to the tranquility of the small vacation village.

Parking, Charging, and Travel

A free parking space is reserved for this half of the vacation home. Guests with electric vehicles can use one of the vacation village’s three shared charging stations. There is a fee for use, which is calculated based on the length of your stay. Since no charging cable is provided on-site, you must bring a compatible charging cable with you.

The vacation village is accessed via a natural, unpaved access road. Vehicles may only travel on this road at walking speed.

If you’re arriving by train, a shuttle from the Putbus train station to Klein Stresow can be arranged for a small fee. This means the vacation home is accessible even without your own car.

Groceries right in the vacation village

At Café Klein Stresow, which has an attached farm stand, you can get fresh rolls for breakfast as well as hot and cold drinks. Light meals, snacks, homemade cakes, ice cream, and specialty coffees round out the selection. Various regional products are also available for purchase.
