The cabin was well furnished--the kitchen was the most well-stocked of any that we have ever had other rentals, the beds were extremely comfortable, especially after a long day of hiking in Buck Mountain and the surrounding areas, and the bathrooms were well-stocked and clean. Cathy, the host, was very responsive to any questions we had before arriving at the cabin, and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. The cabin is perfectly positioned, with decks which benefit from extensive mountain views on both sides. Being February we did not spend much time outside, but found the inside delightfully comfortable. The cabin was warm and cozy with tasteful decor. To our delight the lounge also had recliners, which made for an even more relaxing evening. The cabin was spotless and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive and kindly allowed us to stay longer at the cabin without us even asking, when our two night stay was cut to short due to unexpected work obligations.
