Staff was excellent. Restaurant was great food with a great view. I loved the garden alpacas and cuyes. My only real issues that do not affect the rating as they are more general to the city itself are that a lot of tours will not get you if you do not stay in the central area and you probably should ...

I loved the tour to the floating islands and Taquile island.
Theres nothing to do here accept a boat trip. We had a day off before leaving and we found very little to do and the neighbourhoods we saw around city centre were dirty and frightening.
Go on the floating islands tour for sure.
Pleasantly surprised by this quusing port city!
