The accommodation offers space for up to six people and is ideal for families, couples or friends who appreciate a quiet location close to the beach and the town centre. On 45 m² of living space, you can expect two cosy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine, as well as an open living, dining and kitchen area with access to the balcony. The kitchen is excellently equipped – with dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle and all important cooking utensils. In the living area, SAT-TV, WiFi and air conditioning provide additional comfort. The sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option if needed. The covered balcony (10 m²) with partial sea view invites you to enjoy relaxed meals outdoors. A table with chairs provides space for four people – perfect for ending the day with breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located on the second floor and features a private parking space directly at the house. Airport transfer is available upon request (for a fee). Small pets up to 10 kg are also welcome. Punat is known for its picturesque bay, charming old town and well-maintained beaches with crystal-clear water. In the surrounding area, you will find everything for a successful holiday: the next restaurant is only 200 metres away, a supermarket 400 metres, and you can reach the centre of Punat in about 10 minutes on foot. Around Punat, you can expect a variety of leisure activities: swimming, diving, sailing, jet skiing, beach volleyball, mini golf, or boat trips to the small island of Košljun, where a historic Franciscan monastery is located. Bicycle rental, wine tasting, or excursions into nature are also available.
