"This is a “Love Motel”. You can rent rooms by the hour. I gave them an extra 500 pesos to let me in early and as soon as I realized where I was I grabbed my luggage and left. Unfortunately you can’t speak with anyone at Expedia to complain and request your money back so I lost $140 USA."

"Hotel perdu au millieu de "nulle part" Plus motel que hotel Les chambres ne correspondent pas à ce qui est exposé sur internet. En fait, les photos de chambres sur internet sont bien des chambres d'hotels Victoria Court mais pas de celui de Malabon. Chambres sans fenêtres, très sombres Pas de restaurant ..."
