Villa Zippiri is located in the prestigious Is Molas Resort in Pula (CA), about 30 minutes by car from Cagliari Elmas Airport.  
  
The Is Molas Resort is equipped with 24-hour security with concierge service, video surveillance in common areas and the following paid services: internationally renowned 27-hole golf course, swimming pool, bar, restaurant and tennis court.  
  
From Villa Zippiri you can easily reach the beautiful beaches of Nora, Santa Margherita di Pula and Chia by car.  
  
Villa Zippiri is about 5 minutes by car from Pula, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants etc.  
  
Villa Zippiri has a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with king size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large and splendid private garden with outdoor patio.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, espresso machine and dishes.  
  
The house is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, free WI-FI and internal parking.  
  
There is a camera that frames the entrance gate and the parking lot of Villa Zippiri.  
  
Please note that only the lower floor of the Villa is rented, which is independent from the upper floor.

#### Perfect but no swimming pool

The apartment was great. Nice garden to relax and everything available what is needed. The only thing we really did not like that there was no swimming pool. It got renovated. We could use the hotel pool (if there was room). But we had to pay extra per day. Not funny so to say.
