We needed to rest for 24h. It was fine for that matter. But if we were to stay for a week vacation,we would not pick this hotel as the breakfast is not that great, not up to a 4 star level and also because the restaurant menu choice is limited. You need to book the day before if you want your meal there. It is not practical. We did not try the food so we don't inow if it is good at all. The employees are all very nice and polite. Good location in the front of the beach but to get in the sea it is full of peebles so you need to have special water slippers

Overall good for a hotel in Italy. Best European room I’ve ever stayed in. The pool is great. The beach is nice. The food is mediocre, I was disappointed that you can’t even get a glass of tap water without paying. It is difficult to get into the restaurant for dinner unless you are doing all inclusive. The restaurant down the street is nice, and taking the 1 euro bus ride to Pula is an even better dinner option. The staff all seemed friendly, especially the cleaning ladies. It was very quiet and the pool entertainers worked hard.

Very rude hotel and definitely dont deserve 4 stars rating, they even charge 3 euros for beach towels what kind of hotel does that. Even hostels provide better services and amenities.

Breakfast: There should be more to choose from - different breads, different cheeses (we had only 1 type). Fruit salat should content various fresh fruits. The different juices were very nice, also the cappuccino!

Very clean and stylish hotel. Star taken off for the fact that we had 2 twin beds pushed together rather than a double and it was supposed to be a superior room. Having said that our stay was lovely. Also sometimes, particularly during breakfast, it felt quite unorganised. No plates, incorrect cutlery etc, no snp. Saying all that we would definitely return. The majority of staff were fantastic and very helpful. The setting is beautiful and having access to a private beach is the icing on the cake.

The hotel food was not to the standard one would expect from a 4 star rating. There is no buffet choice for dinner or lunch. Breakfast buffet is limited to continental and no option for a omelette,poached or fried egg? The hotel website fails to mention details of the dinner which is set course and the quality & quantity limited. The staff do thier best to provide a good service but let down but the food served. The property has a prime private location on the beach but requres you to pay 15 euros per person to use their own deck chairs which is totally unacceptable it should come without any charge. Location is remote without acesss to shops apart from a small shop across tge hotel that is part of a camping site. Recommend hiring a car. The concierge person is very helpful and gave good recommendations of places to enjoy a good meal outside the hotel , but not a taxi can cost between 20 or 80 euros depending on distance. Being our first trip to Sardinia not sure if the food standard is something to expect on the island at typical rated hotels. if so recommend book just bed & breakfast and hire a car to experience foood in nearby Pula or drive into Cagliari were more choice ..recommend the Pith steakhouse if meat lover.

#### Good hotel close to Pula
It’s a very nice hotel where, with a bit more attention to the customer, the score could be higher. The position is excellent and very practical (esp. with kids) with the swimming pool and the private beach just in front. The pool is very good. The beach is nice but the stones when you enter the sea are a bit disturbing, though no major issue. The room nice and kept very clean; they nicely accommodated us with different pillows and a topper as the mattress was too hard. The bathroom is big, but misses some shelves for beauty cases and shampoos. The animation, with Cristina and her team, is pretty good.Night music was also excellent. The restaurants: the one where you have dinner when selecting half board (i Coralli) is ok (next time I’ll probably have breakfast only and try some restaurants nearby for more local specialties). The others, for lunch, nothing special (and pretty unclear when you want to eat at the Wild Duck, as you have to book it in the morning - not specified upon arrival) But what I lacked mostly is a consistent customer oriented culture across the different departments; some individuals are very good (at the bar, 1-2 at the reception, the cleaning ladies) and others, like for instance at breakfast or lunch, seem to avoid contact with you when you need a table or something (and please, smile more). I understand some are untrained and hired for the season, but courtesy is an investment at no cost and generates most of the times a much better feedback.

Il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato nel complesso piacevole. La struttura è pulita e in ordine. La colazione è da migliorare come qualità, ma presentava comunque varieta e quantità. Il personale gentile e disponibile. L'unica eccezione negativa è la differenza nel trattamento tra chi prenota tramite struttura e chi prenota tramite piattaforme online.

E’ il secondo anno che vado….tutto ok, una garanzia! Solo un piccolo problema con la prenotazione spiaggia, confermata il giorno prima con tanto di numero di numero di ombrellone in prima fila e poi disponibilità solo per la seconda fila il giorno della prenotazione……. E poi il giorno prima della partenza si sono dimenticati di vuotare il cestino della camera e hanno lasciato le federe che dovevano essere cambiate appoggiate in camera però a parte questi due piccolissimi dettagli è stata una vacanza molto bella il posto è assolutamente da consigliare. Tutto ok mare e personale….. il mare è bellissimo ci sono un po’ di sassi all’inizio poi è una meraviglia

Ich hatte eine Suite mit Meerblick gebucht und eine Suite im alten Hauptgebäude bekommen. Nachdem ich mich bei der Rezeption beschwert hatte, wurde mir gesagt das Zimmer so stimmt und die Informationen der Plattform Ebookers falsch seien. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind sehr unhöflich und unverantwortlich. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es vermehrt zu Wasserausfällen / Wasserdefekten, beispielsweise um 14 Uhr während dem Duschen im Zimmer - Nicht mal die Rezeption wusste, wieso das Wasser aus war. Nach einer Stunde war das Wasser wider da, aber nicht für lange. Des Weiteren sind die Telefonleitungen lahmgelegt, also kann man vom Zimmer aus keine Anrufe zur Rezeption machen.

Strandhotel mit schönen,renovierten großen Zimmern, wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick. Zimmer sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten. Abendessen war sehr lecker, Salatbar klein, ohne Abwechselung (Antipasti habe ich dort vermisst). Leider fehlte Personal, beim Frühstück und Abendessen kam es zu Wartezeiten. Liegestühle (auch mit Schatten in der 2\. Reihe) sind kostenlos. Der Strand direkt am Hotel hat an der Wasserlinie grobe Steine, nicht so schön. Strandhandtuch kostet 3 € bei jedem Wechsel.

Hotel molto rumoroso, con clientela maleducata che alle 7 del mattino sbatte le porte, urlava davanti alle porte delle camere, scendeva le scale con le ciabatte facendole strisciare e picchiare in modo rumoroso sui gradini delle scale dove rimbombava tutto. Dicono che la spiaggia è completamente di sabbia, invece per entrare c’è una striscia di sassi. I lettini della spiaggia non sono inclusi nel prezzo ma sempre a pagamento. Pochi camerieri e inesperti durante la colazione, tavoli sempre sporchi e da pulire e apparecchiare. Il check-in é obbligatorio dopo le 15\. Non guardano l’orario di arrivo del volo! Non ci tornerei più.

Presa suite con Jacuzzi e mezza pensione. Cibo della mezza pensione nella media (ne pregi ne difetti), abbiamo presentato un reclamo per delle disfunzioni in camera che pero non è mai stato verificato e la jacuzzi non era pulita. Per il resto, location mozzafiato ma sappiate che il lettino in spiaggia si paga nonostante aver preso una suite con mezza pensione. Carini alcuni servizi extra come il campo da tennis e le buche da mini golf. Comunque nota positiva al personale sempre cordiale

#### Frustrante!!!
Infelizmente o hotel nos decepcionou, apesar de instalações com grandes potenciais, tudo que temente a limpeza e serviço é ruim, inclusive o café da manhã. Garanto que tem 3 estrelas muito melhores. Por 3 dias optamos por tomar café fora do hotel de tão ruim que o café ali era… copos e talheres sujos, com marcas de batom por exemplo… Porém a equipe do bar é baggagens nota 10!

Prima di prenotare ho letto alcune recensioni e solo oggi non mi capacito come si fa a scrivere recensioni negative. Personale molto disponibile educato e disponibili servizio tavola molto professionale e ben organizzati . Pasti molto buoni a pranzo servizio buffet ben organizzato senza minimissina fila. Cena servita al tavolo menu alla carta con piatti ben curati ottima qualità di carne e pesce fresco . Che dire ? Per quello che abbiamo speso e la qualità del cibo mi viene da pensare ..: mah ci stanno dentro con i prezzi??! Ottimo consigliatissimo leggete solo recensioni positive perché le negative NON fanno testo !!

Das Hotelkomplex ist direkt am Meer gelegen und besteht aus mehreren Einheiten. Der Hauptteil des Hotels verfügt über ein großes Schwimmbecken, eine Rezeption und mehrere Restaurants. Ein Bereich des Hotels besteht aus kleineren Häusern, von denen einige zwei Zimmer-Suiten bieten. Ein weiterer Bereich des Hotels verfügt über ein Restaurant und ein Bereich mit kleineren Häusern und einem Restaurant. Der Strand vor der Hotelanlage ist sehr weitläufig. Direkt vor der Anlage befindet sich der Hoteleigene Strand mit so genannten Sesseln, die praktisch Liegen unter einer schattigen Pergola sind, sowie so genannten Sonnenliegen mit eingebautem Sonnenkopfschutz unter Sonnenschirmen. Letztere kosten 15 Euro pro Tag bzw. 80 Euro pro Woche in der ersten Reihe und 60 Euro in der zweiten Reihe. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine immer gleiche Auswahl, aber mit Obst, Tomaten und Müsli neben Rühreiern, Speck, Käse usw. ist es ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Das Mittagessen bietet neben Pizza auch typische Pastagerichte mit Meeresfrüchten. Das Abendessen beginnt für uns zu spät, aber die anderen Gäste haben sich nicht beschwert. Ein Mietwagen macht Sinn, da es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nicht viel gibt.

Penso che non vale quello che si paga. Ho scelto questa struttura per la possibilità di utilizzare il centro benessere, che dalle foto sembra bellissimo, ma una volta dentro, una delusione totale, posto cupo e decadente, inoltre la vasca idromassaggio rotta da cinque giorni, quindi inutilizzabile. Ristorante Le Lanterne pochissima scelta e prezzi ben oltre la media. Ristorante Wild Duck in mezza pensione buono, ma porzioni un po' misere. Di positivo c'è sicuramente la piscina e l'enorme spazio solarium che può accogliere tante persone, inoltre bellissima la struttura immersa nel verde. Personale spesso non troppo cortese, salvo quello del ricevimento e qualcuno al bar.
