Welcome to C30909. This 4 bedroom 4 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. The condo features a queen Sofa end and King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen Sofa beds in the Living Room, a Twin bed with twin trundle in the second bedroom, 2 Full-size beds in the third bedroom, and King size, twin Sleeper Ottoman beds in the fourth bedroom—large separate walk-in laundry room with full-size laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and Granite countertops.
Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. Propane tanks can be requested at the Front Desk for a fee.
