There is a view from the second floor balcony of the Bay facing north. The property has lots of space, one car garage, and is less than a minute walk to the ocean. The Rooftop balcony provides 360 degree views including competition hill. Great place to relax with friends and family. The property has all new appliances and a full kitchen. The location was great, we felt very safe and thought it was a pretty quiet part of the neighborhood. Only a minute walk to the beach and a few minute drive from all the best places in Cholla Bay.
