It is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The only negative was the $1500 damage deposit that was required was not returned to our bank account until 16 days after our last day of our stay. The house was within walking distance. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). It was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space and room for all the dance stuff. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you need to make a meal. During the little bit of down time we had, we enjoyed playing the arcade games and board games.
