This property is undergoing renovations so the 2nd floor where we stayed, except for the bed, was full of ripped furniture and shades/curtains. The shower and bathroom were old but functional. The front desk staff was great, very friendly.

The hotel was under construction, so the pool and lobby were not in service. The staircase on the south side was dirty. The rooms were ok. The refrigerator and microwave did not work in 2 of the 3 rooms we reserved. The refrigerator that worked was in one room, and the microwave that worked was in another room. Location is perfect for restaurants/dining experiences and shopping.

The staff was amazing. Special shout-out to Carlos, who helped me with my luggage, even though it was not his job, and to Stephanie at the front desk, who helped me change rooms when the air conditioning was not working in my first room. She brought the new room keys up to me, and I am so grateful to her.

This is a true budget hotel. It has seen better days and needs a lot of work. That didn't affect my stay though, most is cosmetic. I have stayed here a couple of times and will stay again. The price is good for what you get.

So idk how long this company has owned this property but they are dumping a ton of time and money into refurbishing the property, and after my stay I see why the cost of the room was so low. However, I did have some things that were off putting. Cons: If this allows me to add pictures, there were stains all over the carpet, the bathroom was in terrible shape (to the point where I couldn’t bring myself to shower in it), the furniture was damaged (cut across the cushion of the chair), the AC filters were absolutely FILTHY, No daily room cleaning, parking was pretty tight, the hallways smelled a very distinct smell that is hard to put into words but is unpleasant. Pros: cheap rate, balcony with a beautiful view, great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed I probably wouldn’t stay here again at least until the repairs they’re doing have been repaired.

Great location! Bed was comfortable! Staff friendly. Hallways were very hot. Ice machine broken. Pool and hot tub under repair. Tub did not drain well and shower and bathtub fixture were in disrepair, tiles lifting up in bathroom. Windows were very dirty.

No safety bars in bathtub/shower. I think by law they have to have them . Curtains didn't fit hard to try to close. Walls have holes and deep marks as they moved things and didn't repair walls. Sink pug stuck and would not drain water. If they had a inspection I belive they wouldn't pass. Also ad read king bed and queen sofa bed. Only bed no sofa.i took pictures just in case. We left after one night asked for refund for 2nd day. Worst room ever. Staff was very nice

Fast check in and good location. Very good AC. Good price. Pool was out of order. Ice machine out of order. No TV remote. Coffee machine in room but no coffee pods. Dirty carpet and furniture. Security lock on outside door was broken and anyone could enter. I am not a picky traveler but this place was pretty bad. See pictures.

The room did not have towels. I repeatedly asked staff for towels but was never given any. There was a coffee maker in the room but no cups. Again asked staff and wasn't provided any. Room was clean. The area of the room was clean and nice, near restaurants.

Overall my family and I were very disappointed in our stay. It was not very clean, there was no breakfast and the pool/hot tub were closed. It was a waste of money and we will never return. We will make sure to spend an extra $30 for a world of a difference in our stay and stay somewhere else next time.

The bathtub had stains that were not very inviting to shower or take a bath. Some of the walls had wholes and the TV channels did not work because they said had some problems with network and they were trying to fix it, I left and this issue was still going and no one knew when that could be fix. It’s too bad all this since the hotel has a great location but clients look forward to a good shower/bath and a good movie to relax and release some stress.
