Really close to BYU (1 min drive), Close to Utah Valley University (about 10 mins), Close to downtown Provo (2 min drive). 18 minutes from the ski resort (Sun dace). Has everything you'll need, plates, utensils, cups, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, pans, hair dryer, etc. Also there is a large driveway where you can park.
