This homey retreat is: \- 7 minutes to bustling and unique Provo Center Street with shopping, dining, and something for everyone \- 5 minutes to the Provo River Trailhead with fishing, white water rafting, and birdwatching \- 12 minutes to Utah Lake State Park \- 9 minutes to the convenient and well-designed Provo Airport \- 7 minutes to BYU (Brigham Young University) Campus \- 13 minutes to UVU (Utah Valley University) campus \- 18 minutes to Provo Canyon with hikes, bike rides, and wildlife watching, and skiing at Sundance Ski Resort \- 17 minutes to Spanish Fork Canyon with beautiful trails and scenery \- 49 minutes to Temple Square and Downtown Salt Lake City with the bustling City Creek Center, shopping, music and arts, sporting events, etc. This 5-bedroom home features a whopping 8 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms. The home has a ton of comfortable couches, dining spaces, and an outdoor patio for the whole group to enjoy. Plenty of counter space and dedicated workspaces mean it\`s a great place to keep up on work and other important tasks while traveling. The home also features a washing and dryer for guests to use at any time during their stay. House Rules: 1\. No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 10 am. 2\. All guests must be included in the reservation; extra guest fees may apply if applicable. 3\. No smoking allowed. No burning of candles, incense, or open flames. 4\. No pets allowed. Any evidence of pets on the property may incur additional fees for cleaning and repairs. 5\. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 6\. Linens are provided for guest comfort only and are not to be used for cleaning or any other unintended purposes. 7\. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT Access and Termination of Occupancy: Access to the premises is strictly limited to the duration of the valid reservation, and the right to occupancy shall terminate automatically upon the maturity, cancellation, or breach of the reservation terms by the Guest. Any unauthorized access or overstay may be subject to additional charges and legal action. Acknowledgment and Consent: By proceeding with the reservation, the Guest expressly acknowledges and consents to the aforementioned terms and disclosures, and agrees that such acknowledgment shall constitute a binding agreement between the parties. We were grateful to have 3 bedrooms on the main floor so that the grandparents didn't need to use the stairs too much. There was lots of room for the teens and tweens to hang out in their own space when the grown ups were boring. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and baking pans. We had plenty of plates and cups and cutlery. One of the bonuses of staying in a house is that we don't have to eat out all the time. Plus, when we did go out and bring back leftovers, we had lots of room in the fridge to hold them until reheating. The double oven was great for cooking multiple pans. There were lots of towels available and we liked the options for doing laundry. The WiFi was consistently good for lots of devices, and my husband uses a lot of computing power for work. The location was great. We had easy access to a lot of things. We went to a movie, we could visit college campuses, we visited family in Springville. When we had a problem, the owner was very responsive. I feel like I have to give the reader reasonable expectations, though. There was some furniture and light fixtures that need repairs. I let the owner know. Hopefully he can hop right on that. So, maybe, 4.5 stars rounded up? Make sure you look at the pictures so that you know what you're getting.
