Villa Tela with Pool suits ideally to families with children or to groups of friends. It is located in the quiet village of Zaboric on the Adriatic Coast, within a 15-minute drive to the center of Sibenik. The picturesque seaside village Primosten is a 15-minute drive in another direction. The nearest beach is a couple of minutes on foot from the villa (300 meters). You just need to cross the road and within a minute you are on the beach. Villa Tela with pool is laid on a private plot of 1000 square meters with a residential area of 250 square meters. It accommodates private groups or families of 6 to 8 guests. Here you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 additional toilette. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed (180 cm wide) and a private bathroom with a double washbasin and shower. Also, this room can fit an extra bed if needed or a baby cot. The second room has a double bed (160 cm wide), while the third one has two single beds. The latter two share the bathroom with a shower. A fully equipped kitchen comes with all kitchen utensils and appliances. So here you will find a large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kettle, microwave, and ice maker. The indoor dining table fits 8 people comfortably. The living room is airy and light and offers beautiful views of the sea. Here you can watch cable TV or relax by the fireplace. It has direct access to a private terrace with lounge furniture. The highlights of this beautiful villa rental definitely are the wonderful outdoor areas and gorgeous views of the sea and the bay. Ligger i zaboric, lite og koselig område midt mellom primosten og sibernik. Vil ikke anbefale barnefamilier uten bil. Misvisende annonse Vi booket huset i februar 2022, da het det Villa Primosten, og lå ifølge annonsen ca 100 m fra stranden i primosten. Noen dager før avreise oppdaget vi at huset plutselig gikk under annet navn. Ble mistenksom og tok kontakt med administrator, som kunne informere om at huset ikke var så nære strand men lå i primostenområdet. Da vi kom fram oppdaget vi at huset lå minst 15 kjøretur fra primosten, og faktisk utenfor storområdet primosten. Teksten på vrbo sine sider var direkte misvisende på norsk, samme med angivelse på kart og beskrivelse av avstand til spesifikke steder. Pr juli 2022 virker tekst å være korrigert i annonse etter at vi gjorde husvert oppmerksom. Det virker forøvrig som at tekst på engelsk var mye riktigere, men sjekket ikke denne før booking. ##### Roar E.
