Church View is a cosy two bedroom holiday home situated in the quiet market town of Longridge on the edge of the Ribble Valley.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine.  
  
Separate toilet.  
  
First Floor:  
  
Bedroom 1: With double bed.  
  
Bedroom 2: With double bed.  
  
Bathroom: With bath, shower attachment and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Back garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking on driveway. 1 small dog welcome. No smoking or vaping. This property has a £100 security deposit.. Welcome to Church View, a stunning two-bedroom holiday home located just on the outskirts of the Ribble Valley.  
  
As you step inside, you’re greeted by an ambience that seamlessly blends convenience and cosiness. The layout is thoughtfully crafted, optimising every inch of space to make cooking a joyous endeavour. Adjacent to the living room, a spacious dining space beckons you to gather with loved ones for leisurely meals or lively conversations. Through the patio doors, you step out onto a tranquil patio, where you can bask in the gentle warmth of the sun or enjoy al fresco dining amidst the lush greenery.  
  
It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or toast to another beautiful day as the sun sets in the distance. A fully fitted kitchen awaits with everything you need during your stay. Ascending the staircase, you find two double bedrooms awaiting you on the upper floor, each exuding its unique charm and comfort. Soft, plush bedding invites you to sink into a restful slumber, while ample storage space ensures that you can unpack and make yourself at home. Completing the upstairs layout is a family bathroom, adorned with gleaming fixtures and soothing decor. Here, you’ll find a luxurious bath, perfect for soaking away the stresses of the day, as well as a convenient shower over the tub for those refreshing morning rituals.  
  
Longridge has many unique shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. The market town of Clitheroe, with its castle and museum, is just 11 miles away. The Ribble Valley is well-known for its spectacular scenery, welcoming country inns and excellent walking opportunities including the famous Tolkien Trail at Hurst Green which is also home to the Grade One listed Stonyhurst College. The area has an abundance of footpaths and cycle routes, making this the perfect base for those who love the great outdoors. Other places worth a visit and within easy reach include the Forest of Bowland, 15 miles and designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Samlesbury Hall, 10 miles, and Lancaster, 21 miles. Blackpool and the Fylde Coast are a 40-minute drive away, and the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales can be reached in approximately 1 hour. Beach 22 miles.
