« Deze verhuurder vindt het normaal om iets anders te verhuren dan waarmee ze adverteert. Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. In werkelijkheid kregen we een appartement op de zolder, met een klein halletje als woonkamer, een brakke keuken met een twee pits kookstel met veel te weinig spullen. Meteen bij aankomst met het kantoor gesproken dat dit volledig onacceptabel was, degene die ons ontving sprak alleen...

« Magnifiques logements très bien situés pour visiter Vienne. La décoration est faite avec goût. Les lits sont confortables. Les toilettes sont hors de la salle de bains (très pratique). Très bon Wi-fi. Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous n’avons pas eu le logement que nous avions réservé. Dans les 10 minutes, une solution a été trouvée. Merci pour cette réactivité. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et conseillerons ces logements à nos amis. »

The management was very responsive and we were able to check in a little early and get extra supplies midway through our stay. The location is very close to the U Bahn station and around 15 -20 mins away from Innerstad. There was a kitchen space as well - bit we did not cook any meals there. There were a huge number of great restaurants, coffee shops etc within 10 mins walk from the accommodation. Clear check in directions were given.
