We didnt see mule deer but did see a javelina family during the day and heard coyotes howling at night. Can't beat the views and the closeness to downtown and the Granite Creek pathways. Heat responded well, and was needed only for part of the night. Kitchen appliances and serving dishes aplenty. We were travelling with pets and the deer amd rabbits were a bit of a distraction to them. We enjoyed time on the deck enjoying the views and wildlife. The location was extremely convenient to the downtown area, which has so many restaraunts and shops. There was even an open air concert one night, which we could enjoy from the deck!
