They sold the apartment 6 years ago and the apartment is not theirs anymore so they are not sure why their number is still there. That was the only number that we had to contact them, so we called the expedia help center. They also could not contact the owner, and they gave us a refund. "This was a modern apartment with easy to understand check in directions. The kitchen was clean. Air conditioning worked well and the area around hotel was quiet walkable and safe. "

"great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "
