friends, or business travelers, this spacious 4-bedroom apartment offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience,  
and style. Whether you’re here to explore the city or unwind in a peaceful setting, our penthouse provides  
everything you need for a worry-free, memorable stay.  
The Space: With 400 square meters of modern living space, this elegant penthouse comfortably accommodates  
up to 8 guests. It features two expansive terraces, each designed to offer a unique experience. The front terrace  
overlooks the lively main street, perfect for enjoying a sunset or people-watching, while the back terrace offers  
a quiet retreat for morning coffee, reading, or hosting a barbecue.  
• Living Room: A large, inviting space with plush sofas, a 75-inch smart TV (with cable and Netflix), air  
conditioning, and access to the front terrace, where outdoor seating and a Ping Pong table await.  
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and a dining area, ideal for preparing meals in a private,  
comfortable setting. The back terrace, connected to the kitchen, includes a barbecue and outdoor dining  
area.  
• Bedroom 1: King-size bed, 55-inch smart TV (Netflix included), air conditioning, private en-suite  
bathroom, dressing area, and balcony.  
• Bedroom 2: King-size bed, 40-inch TV (Netflix included), air conditioning, private en-suite bathroom,  
dressing area, and balcony.
