We stayed at the W for 6 nights in July and the experience was beyond epic. From the moment the car stopped at the front of the hotel, the staff treated you like you were family. The concierge team were beyond helpful in arranging thing both inside and outside of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was top notch and one of the best meals we had through our European trip. The rooftop bar has spectacular views, cocktails, food and service. The main bar was equally as impressive for it food and drink options and variety of seating areas inside and outside. If you are a pool / spa person, the W has one of the best pool experiences in Europe! The all-seasons spa experience is fun and relaxing at the same time and a unique innovation. We both agreed that the hotel itself is a destination, and we often didn't want to leave as we were so comfortable. We will be back!!! A particular mention would be Orianne who welcomed us to the hotel, checked us in and toured the hotel for us. She was polite, passionate and seemed to know all about the history of the hotel as well as everything they had to offer, she couldn't have done the job better and this kicked off our stay with just the right mood to enjoy everything. The Spa team were also excellent and the spa is new and definitely worth a visit. Finally, the restaurant on the ground floor was quite quiet while we were there, but the team seemed energised and excited to welcome us and provided a great dining experience.
