Hôtel parfait !

L'hôtel était parfaitement situé ! A proximité du pont Charles et du château de Prague ! Le petit déjeuner est complet, faisant qu'on peut faire de longues balades avant la pause du midi ! Les chambres sont grandes et très lumineuses !

Très bon Hôtel

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal : près du pont Charles, côté Mala Strana. On peut visiter l'essentiel de la ville à pieds. On y accède facilement depuis l'aéroport : un bus jusqu'à Djevicka, puis 2 stations de métro, et 5 minutes à pied vers le Sud. Les chambres sont propres, et confortable, d'autant que moi et ma compagne avons eu la chance d'avoir été surclassés dans une superbe suite tout confort et très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était de bonne facture, même s'il aurait pu être d'avantage diversifié. L'hôtel était bien équipé, bien que le WiFi de l'hôtel n'arrivait pas jusque dans les étages et/ou ne fonctionnait pas. Pénible mais pas grave dans notre cas, puisqu'un ordinateur avec une connexion était à disposition dans la chambre. Le personnel était aimable, mais ne comprenait pas toujours très bien l'anglais. Ainsi, ce fut presque un sans faute pour cet hôtel pour notre séjour réalisé par un jeune couple entre le 01/01/2013 et le 04/01/2013 (le module de date du site ne proposait pas l'année 2013).

Nice hotel--right on the Charles Bridge

Very convenient to old town, lesser town, stores, shops, and restaurants. No air conditioning and a little noisy if you are on the bridge side with the windows open. Would stay here again--no question.

The staff is great. the location is unbeatable. the rooms are large...old but large and well maintained. everything was good. i highly recommend. we were in a large group of 11 people and we never felt uncomfortable for a moment...

카를교가 바로 눈앞에 위치한 호텔이여서 정말 좋았습니다. 카를교의 모든 모습을 눈으로 감상할 수 있었어요. 한가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 객실안에 거미들이 너무 많아서 그걸 처리하는데 고생 좀 했다는 겁니다.

Historic hotel in a perfect location

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are big, clean and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable though. The air conditioning was too loud; we had to switch it off during the night. The bathroom could do with fresh paint too. It looked like there was a leak. Staff are very friendly. Overall it was a good stay.

Fantastisk hotell

Vi har hatt en fantastisk weekend i Praha i mai 2014. Hotellet har en helt spesiell sjarm og vi bodde i en flott leilighet med en riktig fin utsikt mot Karlsbroen. Det var veldig rent og pent.Hotellet ligger riktig sentralt og i gangavstand til det meste. Vi har hatt ett uforglemmelig opphold på Rezidence Lundborg, og har allerede anbefalt hotellet til våre venner.

Lovely hotel close to the heart

This was a lovely place to stay. Staff were charming and helpful. Communication before my stay was excellent. I had a marvellous view of Charles Bridge and the old town on the other side and the palace were only a short walk away. Loads of restaurants and interesting sights. Would highly recommend.

Fue un acierto elegir este hotel. La ubicación es inmejorabe; la suite de 72 metros cuadrados con mucho encanto y con unas vistas al Puente Carlos magníficas. El desayuno muy completo. La relación calidad precio es muy buena. Muy recomendable.

They Double Booked and Did Not Have a Room For Us!

Despite booking this hotel 3 weeks before our stay and both expedia and the hotel property having my contact info, when we arrived at 10pm we were told they had double booked and didn't have a room for us. We were told they moved us to another hotel and we had to walk with our bags 100 meters, which turned out to be more like 250 meters away and up some stairs. The new hotel was not only further away from where we wanted to be, but also it did not offer a breakfast buffet that was included in our room rate. Furthermore, the "replacement" hotel had no view whatsoever, in fact the only window in our room was to the interior of the hotel, the hotel we booked was at the foot of Charles Bridge and offered views of the bridge and the river. The "replacement" hotel room was a lot smaller than the rooms at the hotel we booked and the bathroom was half dungeon with a low ceiling tunnel leading to the toilet. Contacting Expedia didn't help at all, they not only expected me to pay international calling rates and waste my vacation time on the phone with them, but they basically told me it was between me and the hotel, and Expedia also lied saying the hotel would be charging me upon check out when in fact they had already charged me 2 days after I made the reservation.

Utmärkt hotell i övre mellanklass beläget endast ett stenkast från Karlsbron. Stora sviter som passar även större familjer eller sällskap. Bra men inte fantastisk frukostbuffé.

Mycket nöjd! Bra läge i fint hotell. Stora rum med helt ok sängar. Hiss fanns. Taxi kunde ta sig hela vägen till hotellet. Ac var inte på ännu och därför varma rum på nedre plan. Svalare högre upp. Frukosten ok! Utsikt över karlsbron!

excelente ubicación

En general muy bien la estancia salvo que nos aumentaron el costo de la habitación al momento de llegar. Cuando en la reservación teníamos otro precio al momento de registrarnos nos dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible para 3 personas y que por lo tanto nos incrementaria el costo de la 3er cama.

What a find...

My wife and I bokked in for 3 nights. What a surprise!! A boutique hotel, nicely furnished, right in the middle of all the action, at the end of the historical bridge in the Lesser Town. Don't be misled by the name. It is all part of the old town. You don't have to walk more than 3 minutes to find a friendly eating place full of atmosphare. A buffet b'fast was included in the tarriff and the staff could not have been more helpful. The only place to be!

Great Location and Spacious Room!

While the hotel is a bit tricky to get to, I was very pleased with my stay. The location is right next to the Charles Bridge (read up on the history of it, very interesting) so getting to old town is just a 5 minute stroll. Its also about a 15 minute walk to Prague Castle which looks impressive, but is not as interesting. As far as the hotel goes, the room was ver spacious. I'm talking 3 separate rooms! The decor is a bit dated, but the bed slept well, was large and comfortable. There was a living room and kitchenette (which I never used) and a large bathroom. In the bathroom there is no shower curtain so you will get the bathroom wet. After my failed attempt at the shower (and soaking the tile), I decided to take baths the next couple nights. The bathtub is also a jacuzzi tub, and felt good to have a soak after a day of walking in the cold rainy weather. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again. Also, the breakfast was good, but not a huge selection.

까를교바로 옆이어서 창문을 열자니 사람들이 볼거같아서 그게 좀 불편했어요 그리고 화장실...바닥에 왜 물빠지는 구멍이 없는지?? 욕조에서 물넘치면 물바다됨 조식..나쁘진 않았네요. 서양음식이라 평가를...어찌해야할지..

Nice and conveniently located hotel

The hotel is conveniently located right by the Charles bridge. Personally I was exceptionally pleased with the level of servicemindedness provided by the hotel staff. More specifically; After I locked myself out while sleepwalking, they gave me another keycard for my room, even though I approached the hotel counter in my boxer shorts only at 04:30 am.
