With its open space concept, the apartment feels spacious, and airy, but also cozy, and offers a wonderful place to relax. There are two sleeping options: a comfortable double bed on the upper level and a sofa bed on the lower level, allowing up to four guests to stay comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen adds to the comfort factor - there is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, etc. The modern bathroom is equipped with a nice-sized shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine. The terrace offers a quiet place where you can enjoy your drinks and meals. The apartment is located in a quiet area called Karlín. This area is famous for its nice position just next to the Vltava River surrounded by parks and a huge portfolio of restaurants, cafés and pubs around. For example, a famous Hotel Hilton with Sky Bar - Cloud 9 overlooking the city is only 5 minutes away. The heart of the Old Town can be reached by multiple options of public transportation or by foot. Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs that may cause many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night. 3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest\`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank\`s processing times and policies. 4) Check-in: starts at 16:00\. Kindly share your arrival time. Einziges Manko: die Sofas wirkten nicht sehr einladend, waren unbequem und ziemlich angeschmuddelt. Ansonsten machte das Objekt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und relativer Zentrumsnähe, kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war zwar auf tschechisch oder englisch, aber sehr datailliert und bei Anfrage erfolgte eine sehr schnelle Antwort. ##### Jens A.
