Great breakfast! we really enjoyed having breakfast each day. Staff were friendly and helpful, booked us taxi to airport for an early flight and prepared breakfast boxes for all of us to take with us. The location is convenient to airport and downtown touristy areas, however it is next to tram can be noisy at night if you have hard time to sleep.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Very large rooms. Comfortable beds. Shower setup is terrible. Old bath tub with a handheld shower nozzle that has two fixtures. One set up about 7ft. The other about 3ft. Neither one is suitable. Water ends up all over the floor. Good value. Can’t comment on the quality of the breakfast Other than the shower. Very nice. Would stay there again

We had a very nice stay in the hotel. Especially the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, always took good care and answered to our questions promptly. As a somewhat not-so-good side was the noise of the trams that started to rattle at the crack of dawn. The first couple of nights was actually difficult to sleep properly even if I wore earplugs.

Really nice hotel, lovely staff and a good varied breakfast. My room was more than enough for me and had all the facilities you need. I think some people would require more power plugs by the bed, it wasn't an issue for me. Bars and restaurants outside, including the old TV tower you can visit. Many trams go by the hotel meaning you can visit many things quickly. Overall I'd stay here again.

Great stay at Hotel Carlton!

This is a great hotel. Clean, comfortable, and located close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a major train station. You can walk to many points of interest right in the neighborhood. Public transportation is right outside the door from the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when in Prague.

Great hotel in a good location with easy tram links to the old town. We had a large room with separate seating area which was clean and spacious. Hotel also offered a nice buffet breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was cozy, and the staff was friendly and kind. I enjoyed breakfast, and also cakes and coffee in the lobby. Very easy to get to the downtown. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Prague.

A Little Gem

The Carlton is conveniently located on a tram line and is only two stops from the main station. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. There is a supermarket across the street and plenty of dining options nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly, from housekeeping to the front desk staff. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast is beyond amazing. The variety of options was fantastic, including a variety of coffee drinks, and ambience in the breakfast room just made me quite happy. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We truly like staying at Hotel Carlton, the staff are wonderful, the breakfast is good and filling, The tram is right there for you to ride downtown, or anywhere you would like to go, or just walk around the hotel area. There is a market right across the street that we like, and you can get your laundry done within 24 hours for a great price. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for my short stay

All the staff were friendly and professional my room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice. The tram stops a short distance away and there are a number of connections nearby to other locations other than the centre.
