Really great location. Walking distance to main attractions. We had no issues with sound and felt secure and safe. Really smooth check-in process, just make sure to complete the registration. Everything was clean, well-equipped and had everything you need. Would definitely stay again

In a great location being next to Wensales Square. Everything close by as was the tram, which was 800 feet away and stopped right at Octoberfest. Near numerous shops, restaurants, and markets. Apartment was a fair size with a small but functional kitchen and a huge bathroom. There was a table with 2 chairs, but they were under the TV. The room was cleaned twice in our 7 day stay.

It’s in a very good location really easy to get around. The check in was easy and we were even able to check in early. We did have to call for some assistance and they were very helpful on the phone. The room was nice, very clean, and modern. Overall a 10/10 stay

This apartment was in a great location near Wenceslas Square and felt very luxurious and stylish. It was a real treat to stay there. It was so sparklingly clean that if there hadn’t been a mark on the carpet I would have thought we were the first people to use it. The kitchenette was really nicely equipped and enabled us to breakfast in the room. There are 2 supermarkets really nearby. Favourite experiences in Prague were the serve yourself restaurant in the castle (unbelievable value and delicious) and seeing the Franz Kafka statue do its thing - way cooler than the astronomical clock in Old Town Square.

Extremely convenient location - within short walking distance to major tourist attractions, shopping and transportation. Apartment was well appointed very clean and quite spacious with everything that was needed for our stay. For planning purposes if you have late flights - check out is quite early and no on site luggage storage.

Good central location just a short distance to a metro station. Able to walk to most of the key sights fairly easily. Communications were good from the provider. Only issue was the elevator which was under repairs. They did make a different one available the next day (one that’s normally not for guests). All in all, would recommend.

Our flight was super delayed that we arrived at the apartment at 2 am. I like it that the apartment has 24-hr access. The pillows were nice and firm and the toilet paper was thick. Location was great also! Metro A at Mustek stop was right beside it, and close to Wenceslas Square and Old Town. We will choose Crown Palace again. And customer service was very helpful. They always responded.

A nice apartment in a great location. Figuring out the thermostat took a while; instructions were missing. And the building had maintenance of the warm water system between 3am and 4am, associated with considerable noise . Announcing it a few hours earlier did not make the night any better. Aside from that, a decent place.
